I was invited by Temasek Polytechnic to be a guest speaker at their Partners in Education Seminar. Apparently this is the fir Scst time in their history that they've invited a parent on stage to deliver a speech. I was to share with the audience of parents of freshmen, our experience as parents of a graduate of the Business School. I really don't know how I got thru' it but I did! I enjoyed myself and I hope those present enjoyed my speech as much as I enjoyed (with wobbly hands and legs)sharing with them our son's journey thru' Business School.
I almost forgot my camera but I received a text message from my dearest friend GH, giving me encouragement and reminding me to take lots of photos and thats when I remembered that I'd forgotten to take my camera. Anyway, I managed to run back upstairs to grab my camera.
