I learnt to make baked ham on one of my visits to Perth, from Ted, my friend Yvonne's husband. This tastes better than how it looks in my photo so you can imagine just how yummy it tasted. This is a staple on Christmas day. For the lunch on the 10th, we had ham, roast beef, roast lamb, lots of different salads, lasagnae and wonderful desserts .......... *yumms*!
