It was love at first sight for these pearls and me. Slightly under 2 cm in diameter they have an amazing lustre and irridescence from the nacre. I am sure there are larger freshwater cultured pearls out there but for me, this was a first! Topped by light aquamarine tone apatite rondells I can imagine the swaying palms, slightly tangy salt air and clear blue skies, white sands and crystal clear waters. Held together by 14k goldfilled findings, this drops at 32mm.
