Spent a wonderful afternoon out with ex classmates. We're planning a class reunion for June 2010 - being slightly inclusive and only opening this to actual classmates and not girls from the graduating classes....Had lunch at Canele Patisserie Chocolaterie at Robertson Walk ...food wasn't anything to write home about but the desserts are to die for....I came home to a wonderful pecan tart, left by CM who dropped by to collect her custom order. Thank you so much. That has been saved for dessert tonight!
In the couple of hours since I've been home I've managed to complete this set. Twisted rock crystal priolettes topped by faceted multi coloured tourmaline and a few green amethyst rondells. Oxidized sterling silver ear posts. Drop of approx 4 cm. This pair has been inspired by my dessert this afternoon. Rose petal icecream with vanilla icecream and raspberry swirls, rose petal meringue and lychees!!!!
