I love spinel....Especially black spinel. Black onyx cannot be compared to this gorgeous stone in terms of lustre, hardness and sheen. These are ample size microfaceted brios, 15mm x 10mm.....and I've fastened them to gorgeous teardrop shaped quartz encrusted earposts and from the handcrafted goldfilled loop, a mixed symphony of rounded rondells drape around the spinel. Total drop of these beauties from the earpost to the base of the spinel .... slightly shy of 4 cm.
