Accomplishment of the day...........I wanted the side focal to be where the eye is drawn to and I think I've accomplished that by being minimalist and sticking to 2 colour.....shades of green and garnet.

12mm lush green agate, 5mm aventurine elbow beads, little garnet - natural and not colour enhanced - nuggets and ovals and the stunner.....a 4,5cm  jade green (probably colour enhanced) aventurine donut embellished with crystals.  Just gorgeous in person.

Black, white, shades of grey............Large, between 25 - 35mm silver leaf jasper smooth ovals, approx 15mm black agate and freshwater pearls between 8 mm - 13.5mm.  Necklace is a little more stunning than these photos and it measures approx 36"/91 cm in total length.

Just to show the lovely shade of green apatite, these faceted quartz nuggets measuring approx 10mm x 16mm, are accompanied by freshwater keishi pearls and polymer clay pillows.  I've used a lovely double strand pave encrusted butterfly clasp to complete this stunner.

DIANA BL2049-18 S$100 SOLD

The euphoria of the Royal wedding - though it doesn't involve me - is still thick in the air.  Inspired whilst watching the entire event, I created this rightly royal piece featuring pink and purple amethyst with a few ametrine nuggets in between.  The star of this show would have to be the gorgeous pave encrusted ballerina....except for her limbs, all other parts are crystal studded in colours similar to the necklace.  Silver spacers and toggle.  21" in length.

Brecciated red apple jasper in a few different shapes - rectangular, cube, round and rondell - freshwater pearls, polymer clay lentils and clusters of rondelles in a mix of the colours of the lentils.  Bad photography makes this look less 'outstanding than it is in person.

A lovely collection of stones and freshwater pearls.

I've used oval purple labradorite, rose quartz, aventurine and Indian Jasper or Bloodstone.  Just to make this 'pop' a little more, I've adhered an enamel+crystal connector to a rose quartz.  Photos are a little dull as the sun has set and it's a little overcast now.

Necklace measures approx 28".  A perfect little Mother's Day gift to oneself.

A little difficult to get good photos but these beauties comprise micro faceted opalite quartz briolettes, bevelled bead caps, a cluster of moonstones, freshwater pearls and quartz in the colours of the flowers on the 12mm polymer clay beads.  Goldfilled ear hoops 10mm in diameter.

It's already sundown out here so I'm just able to showcase one good photo.

This 'hot' little number comprises crazy lace beads in different shapes - wavy coins 15mm - and  - wavy pillars 20mm x 10mm.  Faceted black onyx rondells and a wavy rectangle give the oomph! to this creation which features 3 beautiful polymer clay pillows which are approx 16mm.

Hope everyone's had a good start to their weekend.

I was up and atom today as I was so excited about finishing off this piece and seeing its 'true colours' in the light of day.  I'm mesmerized by the gorgeous Jasper stones....smooth, and slightly wavy.  They measure approx 2.5 x 2 cm, perfect size to admire the fascinating natural artistry in each and every stone.  Reminds me of the desert.  This is a desert with an oasis....in the form of a single pave encrusted flower.  Approx 21"/52cm in total length.

First of May!  Where has the time gone.

A cool, slightly gloomy, first day of May - nostalgic atmosphere actually.....could be because the song keeps playing in my head "when I was small, and Christmas trees were tall....." Well, I'm no longer small but the trees are still tall....

This 'to lift a gloomy day' creation features 16mm Jasper coins, irregular shape colour enhanced quartz nuggets, a couple of smooth rectangular agate stones and lovely polymer clay pillows measuring approx 16mm.  Clusters of coral elbows and a posy of pink, red, white, buff rondells and a few pearls follow enhance the lowely hibiscus flowered clay pillows.  Total length - 19"
