A special request this is a fusion of a few of the recent necklace designs I've done recently. This ruby and moonstone arrangement belongs to a very patient young lady, Elyse. The whole arrangement comprises 14k goldfilled accents and the chain is approx approx 16" or 33 cm long. Centre drop to base of rub is approx 6 cm

SOMETHING BLUE........(ER 06/07-547) PRIVATE ORDER


Something old, something new,something borrowed,something blue........this is part of a batch of 4 pairs each of the 2 pairs of smaller brios which I've done up for a bridal party. The center larger pair is for the bride and this set matches the gown she will be wearing for the tea ceremony. A beautiful light peacock blue with clusters of spring coloured flowers which are represented in the swaroski crystals and which are not showing up properly/ All accents in 925 silver.

SUNSHINEY DAYS AHEAD - SPECIAL REQUEST

.
This is a matching chain/pendant which the owner of KRYSTL has requested for. A slightly larger marquise shape 14k goldfilled frame has been used to create a pendant to go along with a 14k goldfilled chain. For variation I've dangled the yellow topaz brio outside of the frame and put instead a faceted moonstone brio inside. I can't quite capture the glitz in these yellow topaz brios but they are truly lovely and I have to put aside a few for myself or I'll really regret it.

ps - don't worry GH I've put yours aside too ;p

CRYSTL (ER06/07-537) PRIVATE ORDER

These lovely brilliantly faceted yellow topaz brios don't need any other embellishment and I've tucked them safely inside almond shaped slightly hammered 14k goldfilled hoops. All other accents are goldfilled too. Like sunlight trapped in drops of crystal. Elegance personified

Requested by someone who caught sight of these in my post the day I went gems shopping.

INDRA (NL 06/07-520) - SPECIAL REQUEST

Crafted for a friend of a friend. Slightly twisted amethyst nuggets crafted into a long chain with a carved lighter tone amethyst flower on the side. I chose to use amethyst because purple is the favourite colour of Indra and this stone is perfect for her. A pair of matching earrings on the way =D

This set has been created for Bernadette's mum. Rose quartz smooth nuggets, a carved rectangle rose quartz pendant with faceted labradorite rondells as spacers and matching rose quartz and labradorite rondells have been used to create the earrings. These are good quality rose quartz and definitely not the dyed glass that I've seen many bead shops passing off as rose quartz.

BERNADETTE -SPECIAL REQUEST

This delicate and pretty pair of earrings (which look rather large here because I've done a close up) are a petite set I've created for a lovely young lady who is a competitive ice skater in London. I chose aquamarine coin shape stones and opalite swarovski crystals to represent the ice she skates on. The goldfill butterflies represent the graceful and light as a feather movements that Bernadette executes during her dance moves. All accents are completed in 14k goldfill. Goldfill leverbacks have been used to ensure the earrings stay safely on Bernie's ears during her performances.

Just Jade (NL 06/07-488) SPECIAL REQUEST

In a bit of a rush this morning and with little time for emails etc. I've decided to upload this for CM so she can feast her eyes without having to wait for my photo via email.

These dainty faceted oval nuggets are actually chrysoprase or australian jade. The 'owner' of this piece requested this to match a set of earrings I'd done up for her using the same brand of stones. Here I've used twisted 14k goldfill tubes as spacers thereby keeping the design clean and flawless without altering the elegance or beauty of the stones. Toggle, crimps and spacers 14k goldfilled. Timeless treasure =D

Another exquisite set belonging to the owner of SANDRA 2. Gemstone quality faceted citrine teardrops, smooth round 4mm citrine stones, vermeil frame, goldfill earwires and wirework.

Definition of vermeil - A product that is made from a base of sterling silver that is coated or plated on its surfaces with gold of at least 10K finess and at least 2.5 microns thick (100/1,000,000 inch).
