I've been unusually busy with all sorts of things these last couple of days and have only found a little time this afternoon to garner some creative energy to work on a pair of earrings. Ruby zoisite coins measuring approx 2 cm are threadled thru' with a daisy base vermeil pin. A satin finish vermeil wavy flower spacer sits atop each coin bead and is finished off with a faceted ruby rondell. Looking like a million bucks, this lush creation dangles off goldfilled earwires. Dropping shyly at 4 cm, they're generously loaded with pretty findings and outrageously underpriced.

I've called this PATRICE as I was completing this before going out and received a call from my friend hence the derivative of her name. Smooth citrine top drilled small nuggets, faceted new jade and faceted natural agate nuggets and smooth round rhyolite beads. All beads separated by tiny goldplated cubes. Necklace measures 26" and great against olive, buff, camel, khaki.

I have done up another necklace for a private order, with these jasper stones closer to the neck - choker style, with the chain shortened towards the back and not visible in the front. This is slightly more versatile in that it is long enough to sit nicely under a shirt/blouse collar with the stones showing in front. With copper tone washers as spacers, I've secured the stones with double copper tone chains. Ends with a copper tone toggle. As with all jaspers, these have beautiful colours and natural inclusions.

Sun kissed, plump and smooth and juicy like the little sacs inside an orange. These brilliantly juicy drops are carnellian briolettes dangling off a 14k goldfilled square donut. In between the square and the goldplated 925 silver earwires, are a small cluster of faceted onyx rondells.

This is a 'feel good' pair, radiating sunshine and all its goodness ;p

I've been doing a lot of behind the scene work - much of the stuff I'm doing will not go online but my lack of updates is an indication that I'm busy finishing off private orders. I've found sometime to put up a couple of necklaces because those of you who aren't into earrings have been telling me they miss the necklaces.......so a small bonus until my next post ;p

These pretty oval smooth stones are natural agate. Approx 1 cm across they come in a delightful array of colours ranging from pink thru lilac and then a soft brown. Another jade creation with the double happiness sign. This time instead of white its a darker shade of green with traces of honey jade at the base of the symbol on the left. Topped by faceted aventurine beads these happy beauties are held up by goldfill earwires. All other accents are goldfilled too.
