NERISSA - BL3019-15 S$88 SOLD

NERISSA - From the sea - my first creation for the month of April.  Can't believe how fast the first quarter is flying past us.

This creation features gorgeous polymer clay lentils encased in silver bezels.  I'm always on the lookout for unusual beads/findings and I'm thrilled to have found this new artist.  To go along with the colours of the lentils, I've selected coral and turquoise tones. Another side focal is a carved turquoise bead.  Silver spacer beads and this piece measures approx 18" from end to end.  Ends with a sterling silver toggle.

LOVINIA BL3006-15 S$95 SOLD

We've breezed thru' the first month of the year.  Many, many things happened in the month of January.  Not all of them good.  Hopefully February will be better, all round.  I've chosen 'hammered' rose quartz nuggets - rose quartz being the stone of unconditional love, opening up the heart chakra - and smooth rose quartz nuggets to finish off this romantic piece.  Polymer clay pillows and posies of peridot, pink quartz, rock quartz and rose quartz rondelles and brios enhance and complement the lovely colours of the clay beads.  Ends with gold filled chains and vermeil toggle.  27" from end to end.

IVANA BL2102-14 S$90 SOLD

Still feeling Christmassy but the day has passed ....soon it'll be the end of another eventful year and I do hope that 2015 will be a better year for all of us, no matter where in the world we may be located.

I couldn't sit another day without playing with my precious stones.

I've decided on elegantly luxe for this gorgeous pair of inverted green onyx brios measuring approx 12mm x 8mm.  To secure these beauties, I've chosen a really unique set of sterling silver earposts embellished with cubic zirconia.  These could pass off as a brick and mortar jeweller's offering.  This pair drops at a 28mm.  Elegance personified.

This is a bespoke piece. FERN BL870-12 S$90 SOLD

This is a very 'tropical' creation in that it has the colours of local ferns/evergreens. Shades of green, yellow, gold and brown.

The focals here are shaded yellow/green ametrine - 24 carats and measuring approx 23mm x 14mm.  The accompanying rondells are shaded tourmaline - autumn tone, peridot, lemon quartz, hessonite garnet.

LARA BL867-12 S$65 SOLD

Working on some custom orders, necklaces mainly, and as usual I need to take time out to do something random.....a new piece, not a repeat or anything of that sort.  As I've a new batch of polymer clay beads, I've chosen today to go with muted greys, teal, silver and brown and blue like the skies....All the pearls used are shell pearls - silvery grey, pale green, dark grey, teal and deep rustic brown.  These are the colours that can be found too in the lentils I've chosen to use in this necklace.  A small cluster of flowers have picked up the bits of pink in the lentils.  The vibrant turquoise add pizzazz to this interesting necklace.  Necklace measures approximately 35".

HOLLY BL862-12 S$120 SOLD

Where do I begin, to tell the story of how beautiful natural periwinkle blue chalcedony is, in reality?  Translucent with occassional clouds within but overall just stunningly beautiful
I spent several days over this piece, savouring every moment of the journey whilst I set and reset the pearls and stunning periwinkle blue chalcedony nuggets.  I've used an assortment of freshwater pearls - assorted shapes, sizes and colour and of course there is but just one shade of periwinkle blue chalcedony.  These nuggets are translucent, each piece different from the other.  A discreet addition of lavender blue freshwater pearls have also been added to keep the chalcedony company.  A triple strand, rhinestone studded clasp is an added side feature.
All wirework has been completed with 14k goldfilled wire.

ANGELINA BL859-12 S$88 SOLD

Eye popping, exquisite, huge faceted green chalcedony briolettes dangle off rose cut - the original diamond cut which is flat and smooth on one side and faceted on the other - oval chalcedony also with a vermeil bezel and both hang off exquisite diamante studded earposts.  Measurements are in bottom photo.  If you prefer them longer, I could add another oval piece but I think this is an elegant length for the size of stones involved.

CAMILLE BL858-12 CUSTOM ORDER

It's Friday folks! Spent the day sorting out my recent purchases.  I've been working on orders - and still working - for a few weddings that are coming up so I didn't really have the time to do my 'cataloging' of my new supplies.  Sorted out most of it today and also found time to work on a request for a labradorite necklace.  I am quite blessed to have very patient clients and I managed to finish another WIP.  No touch-ups or photoshopping (I don't have PS unfortunately or fortunately) with regards to the blue flashes in these stunning faceted lab stones.  I've used a solar quartz, ruby and pink topaz rondells for the side focal embellishment.
