PEACHES & GREEN - BL2044-14 S$80 SOLD

We can all feel 'Spring' in the air even if we live on different sides of the big pond..........the side that under normal circumstances has just one season........summer, sometimes with rain.

This is a little mood perker.........refreshingly lovely peridot green crystal quartz with precise bezel faceting.  This measures a lovely 20mm x 15mm.  Added to this is a cluster of peach moonstone, peridot, pinjk topaz and smokey quartz.  To this refreshing combo I've introduced a peach tone rectangle rock crystal quartz.  Precise and fine faceting, these rectangular pillows measure 12mm x 9mm.

Delicate crystal quartz embedded ear wires bring this creation to a 5cm drop.

JULIET BL887-12 S$88 SOLD

It's such a beautiful, nostalgic Saturday afternoon out here in sunny Singapore.  The breeze that is filtering softly through the opens doors into the house bring me back to the time I was just a child growing up in a beautiful bungalow by the seafront.  The bungalow was the home of my Dad's cousin and we were blessed to spend a few years of my parent's early marriage years in that house.  For someone who grew up by the seafront I truly don't understand my fear of the sea.  Photos of those years show me with my huge beautiful dog, on the beach, without a care in the world, just happy.  Nostalgic and slightly sad.  Those days are long gone.

Back to the present, the breeze, mild sunshine and the sounds of silence all around me, make me want to sit and cry but I'm not one to dwell on negativity, instead, I've been working on lots of stuff - custom orders, random creations.......

JULIET is a cheerful pair.  Bright cheerful coloured rondells with a sprinkling of sober, toned down colours.  The rondells comprise garnets, pink topaz, iolite, black onyx, carnellians, labradorites, mooonstones, blue topaz.....this cloud of happiness crowns an outstanding set of fan shaped London blue topaz measuring approx 18mm x 14mm and weighing in @ approx 18 carats.
They drop at around 4 cm.

TOFFEE - CUSTOM ORDER

She was attracted to GWENN but she wanted something with larger brios.....

Fan shape, beautiful smokey quartz brios measuring approx 22mm x 19mm, these have almost similar embellishments as GWENN.

GWENN BL882-12 S$85 SOLD

I'm not sure if petite would be the correct word to use when describing these gorgeous smokey quartz pillar brios.  They are approx 2cm long and 8mm across.

I've added colour and sparkle to these dark beauties and with the chains, garnet, pink topaz, carnellian, rhodochrosite, pyrite and a couple of songea sapphires, these are now glitzy and glamorous.

The earrings drop at 3.5 cm but from the earpost to the base of the longest chain that would take you to about 5 cm.

CLARA BL868-12 S$50 SOLD

We've been enjoying cool days out here in Singapore but the air quality isn't too good due to the haze caused by forest fires somewhere in Summatra.  I've had to start my day with antihistamines as I'm super sensitive to smoke particles but I'm not complaining as the weather has been a wonderful reprieve from the hot sweltering days we were experiencing before this.

I'm working on earrings this period - custom as well as my own 'choice' creations.  Here, another set of gorgeous polymer clay elongated briolette beads - grey, shades of purple, green, white and off white.  I've used the same colours to pick out the stones I've used for embellishment - shaded green onyx, citrine, purple amethyst and moonstones.  I've chosen silver tone for the metal work.

Brios: 25mm x 10mm
Drop: Approx 4 cm

CAMILLE BL858-12 CUSTOM ORDER

It's Friday folks! Spent the day sorting out my recent purchases.  I've been working on orders - and still working - for a few weddings that are coming up so I didn't really have the time to do my 'cataloging' of my new supplies.  Sorted out most of it today and also found time to work on a request for a labradorite necklace.  I am quite blessed to have very patient clients and I managed to finish another WIP.  No touch-ups or photoshopping (I don't have PS unfortunately or fortunately) with regards to the blue flashes in these stunning faceted lab stones.  I've used a solar quartz, ruby and pink topaz rondells for the side focal embellishment.

ELISE BL826-12 CUSTOM ORDER

A request for a pair of earrings using the clay beads I used for LEONA, with a chinoiserie sort of look, I completed the order by creating a pair with chain tassles below the clay beads and a cluster of rondells above the round beads.....giving a sort of lantern effect.
